This compact double sided map of Tasmania covers the north half of the state on one side and the south half on the other, both sides are at 1:630 000.

The road detail of QPA maps is excellent, showing from major highways all the way down to unsealed roads, old tracks and 4WD only routes. Useful and interesting places are shown in abundance including various attractions, fuel stops, campsites, rest stops and shipwrecks.

Elevation tinting shows the topography. Also included are average monthly temperature and rainfall charts for many areas. An index of localities is included as well as a distance chart showing the distance between major towns in kilometres. Intermediate road distances are also shown on most roads.
