Good service, poor delivery

There was a delay in getting our order but that happens. I like your company and products but please don’t use Couriersplease for delivery. This is the third negative experience with them in a row. This time they made no attempt to deliver our books and we just received a notice to pick them up at a newsagency that is nowhere near our home. You are not doing yourselves any good using that ‘delivery’ company.
